The challenge was to shape a system where knowledge, agents and customer service needed to work together.
My work covered the setup journey, interface design and flow implementation. From the conversation that organizes business information to the dashboard where a person oversees customer service.
Hermes and Maia have their own experiences, built on a shared foundation. This separation informed both the design and the architecture.

I designed the setup so owners could explain their business in natural language and review what the system recorded.

Services, prices, hours and the agent's personality have their own fields. Users can see what was understood and make adjustments.

Setup tracks what is missing and ends with a summary. I designed this transition to guide people using AI for the first time.

I developed WhatsApp customer service with conversation history, business knowledge and the option for a person to take over a conversation.

Interface work starts with choosing a connection and continues through conversation monitoring. The service status needs to be clear at every step.

MAIA · WEBSITE ASSISTANT
The conversation meets
the catalog.
For Maia, I developed the website assistant experience and its connection to the catalog: understanding requests, presenting products and guiding the next step.
Configure and see
the result in one place.
The preview reflects the assistant's identity, first message and shortcuts. Owners can see the experience they are configuring for their website.
Products connected
to catalog data.
Search combines keywords and meaning. Cards use images, prices and links from the records; the flow can open the store or continue the conversation for a quote.
ARCHITECTURE & DEVELOPMENT
The work continues
beyond the interface.
I structured the platform to connect product experiences to each agent's services, data and tools.
01Structured knowledge
I combined structured data with document search. Prices and hours have their own fields; documents can be retrieved according to the question.
02Control over actions
I implemented confirmation cards for actions that need review and checks on the saved result. The flow also accounts for failed operations.
03Separation by business
Context, queries and operations are tied to the corresponding business. This separation is part of the service and database design.
04Modules with their own responsibilities
Agents have their own registration, tools and activation. This structure supports specific experiences within the same platform.
